Maximum: 199 cutoff must, if your cutoff is 199 sure you will get PSG College of tech or else you can't. * The very basic eligibility criteria is that you should have completed class 10+2 or equivalent exam. Most of the colleges and universities that offer B.Com and B.Com (Hons.) require you to have at least 50% or 60% marks in class 12th board exams. Admission is purely on basis of merit. Thank you.

The fee structure of government colleges mainly depend upon which category you are in, SC-ST students require very less fees whereas students from OBC and OEC category may require a little more than that, but students from general category requires high fees comparing from other categories. there are Government colleges which also offer self financed courses which may require around 15,000 to 50,000 per semester. courses which are not self financed only require admission fees which may differ according to the college, approximate amount is 5000.

Yes, it is good for B.Com but I don't know exactly that Honours is available in Alliance University. You should take an entrance exam called Alliance entrance exam to get qualify in it. It also sees your academic progress through school, College and extra-curricular activities and the performance on the specific day.

As you have mentioned that you have scored 46% in your 12th standard, it is unlikely that you would meet the minimum eligibility criteria for admission to the BCCA programme at GHRCCST or any other college/university.
