To get admission in Tamil Nadu Agricultural University, you will have to write TNAU entrance for both UG and PG merit seats. They do have management seats, NRI seat (no entrance for NRI seat). You need to do full time M.Sc in chemistry as these subjects are accompanied by practicals, i.e. lab work, which you won't be able to manage if you are doing a part time course.

Generally, anyone having completed their schooling in the science stream is eligible to study anthropology in college. To be a professional anthropologist one has to qualify B.Sc in anthropology. The minimum qualification for B.Sc in anthropology is 10+2 pass with science subjects.
Since you have not studied anthropology in B.Sc so you might not be eligible.
