Hello Shanika,If you want to pursue engineering at reputed college then definitely you need to prepare for JEE Main again, since with 82 percentile your rank is beyond 2 lac. So, you don't have much chance of getting admission in CSE in good colleges. So, give another chance to JEE Main and hope you will get above 98-99 percentile in JEE Main. All the best.

Yes, you can change the college after completing 2nd year without backlogs. And have 7 or above CGPA. The new college management should accept you into their institute. If they accept, you have to write a request letter to the management of your current college.

I studied there. The placements are very poor, they generally call BPO and KPO and call centers. No activity is done there. All the focus is given on dance and singing. No workshops. No tours. Labs are not proper. Lack of instrumentation

This college is old and faculty members are experienced so there is a good range of connections with companies. So the teachers can place students in good companies through their experience.
