Yes Chartered Accountant is a good career to choose for. The starting salary is never less than 25000 pm. Also the respect of this position is high and every company needs it. Also if you start your own practice also you will earn well.

BCom is a better degree if your long term goal is MBA. If you plan to take job after graduation, BBS / BBA graduates have more options in job maket because these coursrs are generic and students can do different types of roles in different industries.

If you are interested in accounts, you can pursue CA along with B.Com. If you interested in management courses like marketing or HR, you can opt for BBA.
For private jobs, doing only B.Com/ BBA will not give you good job role and salary, you need to study MBA/ CA/ B.Ed.

Amit, after 12th with commerce, you can go for B.Com, B.Com (H), B.Com (Professional), Integrated/ Dual B.Com-M.Com, Integrated/ Dual B.Com-MBA, BBA (with different specializations), BBA (H), Integrated/ Dual BBA-MBA, B.Sc Economics, B.Sc Statistics etc.
There are many good universities, offering these courses, that have made a name for themselves for quality education.
These universities have world class infrastructure and offer good facilities to students. Most have good placements and some even offer scholarships.
Check the websites of some of them.

1st you have to identify your interest field. if you are more interested in reportind and accounting field then you can go fir CA and other collateral cources or the best of all is CPA from AICPA but if you like more about financing regarding share market and capital market then u should opt for CFA or FRM and If you are good enough in maths then go for Actuaries. All these are the world class courses and will give you a lucrative career and recognision.best of luck

Bachelor's in most of the countries abroad is 4 years so you either spend a year extra to become eligible for the master's their or start your master's in india and then apply. The value of degree from abroad will depend if the university is recognised by AIU in india.
