Hi,
This is a very interesting question. I have talked to many people who say that engineering courses actually are of no use because at the end they came back to IT after completion IT professional courses.
Other groups say completely different thing.
I would advise, if you get a chance in engineering then do it and later come to IT which would be more beneficial for career and easy to get job in MNC.

The required rank in COMEDK to take admission in Cambridge Institute of Technology, Bangalore is around 50,000 rank for CSE in General Merit ,if you are a local of Karnataka than you will easily get Cambridge in 50,000+ ranks as well, the fee structure for Cambridge Institute of Technology, Bangalore is around Rs. 1,00,000 per year. Based on your JEE Mains rank and percentile, you can get admission in engineering colleges in Delhi. One such college is Dr. Akhilesh Das Gupta Institute of Technology & Management (ADGITM Delhi) which offers undergraduate and postgraduate level full-time programs approved by AICTE in affiliation with Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. As far as I know computer science deals with both theory and practical stuff whereas BCA covers more practical stuff i.e. computer science deals with hardware stuff as well. Computer science is better in terms of programming language.

After +2 a student is eligible to take the Foundation Course. Examination can be taken twice a year, in June and December.
Candidates who pass the Foundation examination are eligible to seek registration as students to the Company Secretary ship Course.
The course completes after a preliminary, intermediate and final examination.
Final Examination can be taken after 18 months of enrolling in the course and having undergone satisfactory postal or oral tuition for the particular group of final examination.

Minimum duration of executive programme is 9 months. It means after registration to executive programme, a student can give exams of both module only after the time gap of 9 months excluding the months of admission and the examination. There are many courses, which you can do simultaneously along with CS. Like CS + B.Com or CS LLB Or M.Com etc. You can opt for various certification courses by various institutions which are in line with your career prospects. Valuation course, FRM, courses by BSE or NSE, a course in computer or may be English speaking or anything which adds value to you will be helpful in the long run.
