The syllabus includes literature and language awareness. Language awareness is knowledge of grammar. Try to study a good grammar book such as Practical English Usage by Michael Swan, 4th edition, OUP. Literature awareness includes knowledge of Literary works and literary terminology.

No, you can't. The basic rule of NET exam is that the candidates can only apply for the exam with their masters' subject. According to your subject, you can apply for CSIR NET Earth Sciences in the place of UGC NET. It would be a better option for you. It is a national-level exam which is conducted for the Science stream students who want to become a researcher or a lecturer. To appear for the exam, you should have minimum 55% aggregate marks in your masters. If you want to appear for junior research fellowship, then your age must be less than or equal to 28 years. For assistant professor, this age limit is not applicable.

As per my knowledge and my experience, you are definitely eligible for taking admission in integrated M.Sc chemistry without mathematics because there is no such criteria that you must have studied mathematics as a compulsory subject for doing M.Sc in chemistry or integrated M.Sc chemistry so don't worry about it, you are definitely eligible for it to have a great future ahead. The eligibility criteria for M.Sc in Mathematics at Bangalore University is UG with 40% marks aggregate of all subjects and at least 50% marks in mathematics (cognate subject) at the degree level are eligible.
Hence BE ECE graduates are not eligible for this program.

For physics programme minimum 60% aggregate marks in PCM (Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics) subjects at 10+2 and pass marks in English is required. You have to give The Tezpur University entrance exam for admission in Tezpur University, the date of which is given on the university website.
