Hi,
No, there is no subject choice in B.Com. These are the mandatory Subjects of B.Com:
Statistics
Accounting
Commercial Communication
Economics
Human Resource Management
Finance
Costing
Financial Services.
You will have to study all of these. There is no selection of subjects if you are going for Regular B.Com
In B.Com Honours, you can choose a subject.

Hi,
It depends on the following factors as:(a) Student's inclination against study and capability to cope up the content.
(b) Smart in managing the studying time. Generally, 8 to 9 hours per day of continued study is must. If, one follows the above routine, he/she can pursue CS along with B.Com.
All the best.
You can go for B.Com+CA or you can also go for B.Com+MBA, BBA+MBA provided you do MBA from a good college so that it would be better for your future and career growth.
Hi Mohit,
You can look for PG courses in finance, accounts, and management field on the basis of your interest. Many universities offer finance and accounting programs at par with CPA or CMA. There are some options available on Shiksha's study abroad section, here is the link:

You could look at developing a good profile through your job to help you gain an advantage to offset your disadvantage in scores.
After clearing class 12th, choose any college where you want to study where B.Com is available and apply for that college. Research about that college on google and the admission criteria for further details.
