Jawaharlal Nehru University does not have pure chemistry in M. Sc but they do have Biochemistry and Chemistry of Macromolecules subjects.

Entrance exam depends on the university and college. For M.Sc, some colleges take entrance or some does not.
If you want to do M.Sc in a university from where you graduate, you might not have to give entrance and admission will given on the merits.
So, first choose your university or college and visit their website.

Previously, it was used to be descriptive but it has changed recently to the objective exam.
Exam pattern:
100-objective questions
100-max marks
40-general cut-off (on an average)
Negative marks- Yes (but don't know exactly and please comment if you know)
Syllabus: six areas
Political theory, Political Thought
(Western and Indian), Comparative Politics and Political Analysis, Indian Constitution, Public Administration, and International Relations.

This course is graded by the shiksha.com for University of TExas whereas for the United States University it is not graded. <p>The cutoff at SRMU Lucknow for M.sc Biotechnology is that:</p><p>1. First you need to complete a bachelor degree in life science with the minimum marks of 45% for genral and obc catagory and 40% for sc/st</p><p>2. SRMU consider cuet pg performance also but there is no fixed cutoff score published by SRMU Lucknow</p>

I believe BFIT in Dehradun is the best college.
I did my B.A in English from this college and must say with the experience I had in graduation time, cannot be attained like same in any other college. I did my graduation from Delhi University, but the kind of composure I have received from BFIT is what I have not received in my Masters period.
I must assure you Hardev, BFIT is indeed best in Dehradun. Teachers and staff member do consider students well-being in every way that cannot be seen anywhere else. Unless in university everything is all about competing but in BFIT teachers were more concern about the content ... View more

Dear aspirant,
The institute of Distance and Open Learning will start the Mumbai University IDOL 2022 admission in July through online mode. Candidates must fill and submit the application form before the deadline for the Mumbai University IDOL admission 2022.
Selection of candidates to all the courses is done on the basis of merit obtained in the qualifying examination except for MCA, which requires a valid score in an entrance examination.
