Dear Debjani,
Both the organizations mentioned by you are equally good and thus it will be very difficult to tell which one will be the best option.
However, we can help you with the parameters that you can keep in mind while choosing an organization among the two. You can consider the below parameters
1) Company's Market Value,
2) HR Policies
3) Product lines
4) Growth Prospects
5) Salary and other perks
6) Infrastructure
7) Success Rate.
Also, if possible go through the employee speak section to get an idea what the employees thinks about the company
I hope it helps. Please feel free to revert.
Wish you luck.

It’s a misunderstanding. There are two civil service exams, Preliminary and Main. Prelims is the screening test only and is objective type of examination. Negative marking system is there. The syllabus: - Indian and World History, Current affairs, Basic mathematics and English (10th standard level). Once you clear Prelims, you can continue with mains.
The Mains examination is descriptive type. We have option to choose any subjects from given list. For example, an MBBS graduate who is interested in history can select history as an optional subject. The questions will be based on optional subject.

these three are like east - west and north . so choose the one where you wish to go.although various courses like management , designing , hospitality etc doses not need any type of subjective graduation.
