There are two categories of courses in VIT that is category A and B and electrical engineering falls under category A. (Computer Science core, IT and Mechanical Engineering (Automobile) are few courses that are in category B). Hi Vishal, With limited information on your budget I can suggest a few NITs as they are government organisations but few have good placements, in private educators, LPU is the one with reasonable fee although much more than government colleges, but if you qualify their entrance and scholarship test LPU NEST with high grades you can get upto 40% scholarship on course fee for full duration. No, it's not at all possible because your score is not so good at least minimum eligibility is needed. As CSE is a very demanding course it's not possible for you to take that branch. You better choose any other.
