Yes, there are so many colleges in India offering architecture prof=grams in under graduation. For example JNAFAU is an architecture college in Hyderabad affiliated to JNTU. So many people will appear for the entrance examination conducted by that college who are interested in architecture with the different background studies.
You can apply to colleges by writing the entrance examinations conducted by them and you can also appear for B.Arch exam conducted by government.

First of all second division in B.Com is not end of career. You can still make effort to have a good career. Prakash, a student of Biology can go for B.Tech Biotech/ Food tech, MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BHMS, BVMS, B.Pharm, BPT, BVT, B.Sc etc.
A Commerce student can go for BBA, BCA, B.Com, B.Com (Professional), Integrated/ Dual BBA-MBA, B.Com-M.Com, B.Com-MBA etc.
