The only concern is that you have a three year undergraduate degree. You must carefully check the university websites for admission requirements as they ask for a 4 year Bachelor’s degree. You are eligible to do BFM after B.Com also. Why do you want to do another graduation degree? It is suggested that you may evaluate doing MBA in finance to have career in BFSI industry.

As per Delhi standards, perhaps, you have got less marks. But don't lose hope. There are plenty of colleges in Delhi and enough seats. I feel you will get admission in some college definitely.
Just take admission in a long distance intermediate education with science stream and then choose any field you want.
