<p>Yes, a candidate can apply for admission in R V Teachers Training Institution if they have not completed their BCom degree. Opportunities may not be high in number to engineering or medical grads but lot of Indian commerce background professionals work in large number of MNCs abroad.

If you wish to go for job then start preparing for bank exams for bank job
You can get accounting job if you do tally , excel or SAP course
there are sales jobs as well open for bco
You can go for post graduation course like mba and CFA
You can try certificate course like CFP or CCRA

You can apply for B.Com program through Delhi University, because with this score you can easily get a good college in Delhi university, though it will be very difficult to get a college in North campus but apart from that you can get some other good colleges such as DDUC, Shaheed Bhagat Singh, etc.
You can also apply in amity university or LPU or B.Com (Honours) from GLA University, Mathura.

1. After B.Com, you can go for Master’s degree like MBA, M.Com or MCA from a reputed institution.
2. You can also go for professional course also like CA, CS or CWA. These courses have their own value as they will make your career bright.
3. You can also go for PGDM course, which is equivalent to MBA.

It's b.com (honours) and b.com (p). The only difference between them is mathematics which you will have in b.com (honours). So if you're good in mathematics then you can go for b.com(hons) if not then go for b.com (p). Hope it helps.
