Dear Nishant,
In B.com you don't have a option for specialization , it's a mix of different subjects such as accountancy, cost, tax, law or etc. so since there isn't any option of specialization then there is no question of which subject is good or not.

To qualify for CA, lot of effort is required. IPCC is comparatively difficult.
1. You can read your syllabus of IPCC in detail.
2. You can work on fundamental of all contents of IPCC.
3. Solve mock papers of CA regularly.
4. If required, take help from your teacher.
You should continue your preparation again to qualify with good marks.
All the best.

Dear Asad,
By HSC I assume you mean your 12th, also when you say less than 50% I hope you mean something around 48%, even up to 45% may be ok with some colleges for Diploma courses. Less than that may be difficult in any country. Try NewZealand or Singapore for a Diploma of 1 or 2 years which may help you to complete a Degree if you do well in it. You can also try Australia for something similar with any non-SVP college.

It would entirely depend on how long it has been since you dropped, in which year you dropped, if you had any pending subjects to clear at the time (ATKTs), which university you were doing the course from. among other things. If I have this information, I may be able to help you better.
Thank you.

Dear Manoj,
You need to first decide in which country and what course you want to do, if it is any country other than USA then you need to take your English test IELTS and score not less than 6.5 bands overall with no band less than 6, for USA you need to take TOFEL, personally, I would suggest Australia if you want to do a Masters in Accounting as the job and immigration prospects are good.
