After B.Com, you can get a good job in the accountancy field. You can pursue CMA course along with B.Com. You don't need to pursue MBA afterwards.

SAP is an ERP software widely used. The software has its own job market and no particular association with M.Com. You can however enrol for a SAP Module in Accounting and add a certification.

Commerce students after 10+2 stage have only option of doing BCA-MCA to join technical roles in IT industry. You can also do BBA MBA to join IT industry as Business Analyst or in pre-sales support roles.

I think CA is the best option for you because some part of CA course is covered in class 11th and 12th maths.

There are many options available but I would suggest you to go for digital marketing field. Since, you are from commerce background, a BBA degree would be best for you. These days, companies need professionals who can help them in developing their business, increase their leads, sales and profits and looking at the current marketing scenario, almost every brand, service and company is adopting for digital marketing.
