It is not necessary to do B.Com from big cities. It is better to do B.Com from colleges near hometown so that return on investment is higher. Also, you must do B.Com from colleges which have good academics environment and faculty members.

With this percentage, it's very difficult to get admission in good colleges in professional degree. You need to improve your grades in Master degree than you can think.
Otherwise, you need to check few universities don't have percentage cut-off for few programmes but for that you need to check the eligibility and admission process.

The major difference in B.com and B.com Hons. is of value , B.com is given less weightage in compare to B.com Hons.
In B.com Hons you get to learn about various aspects scope is wider than B.com.
though B.com is so much easy compare to B.com Hons.
But for B.com hons got scope.

See,In one university you can take only one admission for one pericualar couse,as far as highest salary and MNC's are concern so they are always expected full time graduation.
And to answer your question, It is my personal suggetion to you,if you are having the degree then start the preparation for the MBA entrance exams.If you completed your MBA from reputed college trust me your entire future will change and go with MBA finance.
