<p>From what I know, colleges in DU are the most affordable. In 2019, the mist expensive DU colleges were SRCC and St. Stephen's which costed around 30k per year. Hindu and Hansraj were around half of that. So yes you can consider Delhi University if you are considering affordable and reputed colleges.</p>

Cutoff for M.Com is around 80 to 90% and it mostly depends on entrance exam result that how entrance exam has happened. If the exam was difficult then cutoff will be high and if the exam was moderate then cutoff will be normal.

Asmita college of Arts and commerce for women is good college. It provides quality higher education to young women students. When come to fee structure, the college cost around INR 40,000 every year. The teaching faculty are very experienced, they clear each and every doubt of the students.

<p>The ICAI follows a fair method of evaluation of exam papers of candidates. Be it CA Foundation, CA Intermediate or CA Final exam papers, the ICAI checks the paper on merit of the arguments made. In theory paper, the points are given on language of the answer, clarity of the argument and presentation. In practical papers, marks are awarded if the answer is supported by working notes. I think firstly you should complete your 12th class.
After completing 12th, you can prepare for CPT for CA or CS.
But if you are interested in Jobs &amp; making career in young age, then you can also prepare for SSC CHSL Exam or Railway Exams.
