First of all get good books of all the subjects. Try clearing all the concepts that you find a little bit tough. Immense practice is what one requires to crack IIT - JEE. Solve various question papers every now and then, try finding questions that require a multi-step approach to solve. Give weekly/monthly exams of many good coaching classes.

UPSC exam will be held on May 28,
UPSC exam notification will out on 10 Feb and preliminary exam will be held on May 28, and Mains exam on 15 September.
Candidate must hold a Graduate Degree from a recognised University. UPSC Civil Services Exam Age Limit: Candidate must be a minimum of 21 years of age and must not be more than 32 years of age.

If you want to do certification in french as a part time course, you don't ned to prepare for any entrance. If I talk about shyam lal college, I just gave an interview which was a normal one like they asked the basic questions about yourself. And it was very easy. And certification include A1/A2 level.
