The best courses are B.Com and B.Com honors. You can also go for CA if interested and you can also do B.Stats.

It depends on your class 12th percentage. If you are a 99% holder then the best college for you is Sri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC), Delhi University, but with 80-90% you should appear in the examination of Banaras Hindu University (it is one of the top universities in India, ranked 7th in the list given by MHRD, Indian Government).

B. Com hons would be the best option for you. along with graduation, you can complete CA, ICWAI or any other course like this which will greatly help you in getting a job post completion of your graduation. If you want a bank job, then you can start preparing for bank-PO now itself.

Manav Rachna (MRIU) is a deemed University under UGC. You can get admission into it if you just have a score card of AIEEE/IIT.
There is no rank criteria as far as I have known. Ranks ranging from 50k to 10 Lakhs are admitted here.
College Fee is quite high and you have other options like GD Goenka and Amity Noida with a little bit variations in their fee structure as compared to MRIU.
You can opt for either hostel or stay in P.G. in the nearby Sectors. You will get all the facilities you will think of like Central Library, Sports Ground, Great Campus, Students from Different Cultute and States etc.

Your priority should be to clear PUC first, then plan anything further. To be in the electrical field, you can opt for national level entrance exams like JEE, BITSAT, MHTCET, SRMJEE and opt for electrical engineering.

There is lot of scope for B.Com:
1) CA
2) MBA
3) M.Com and then Ph.D.
4) CS.
5) Government jobs, banks, PSU, etc.
You can also go for research field after MBA by doing Ph.D.

You can go for professional courses like CA, ICWA, CS or CMA. They give you great careers. But for studying such courses, you need to be more hard woking and have lot of patience.
Otherwise do an MBA in a reputed college and get placed.
Or prepare for the bank jobs. They also have good opportunities.
At last, you can do M.Com in a good university.
