Your percentage is not bad but you cannot get a renowned institute. As B.Com has become more common, there will be more competition. So you need to choose the right college for B.Com.
You can get admission for B.Com but try to get a good college.

There are many PG courses available in JNU and admission to PG is through entrance exam only. Please check the website and notification for date and eligibility for a specific course. As far as DU is concerned, I doubt as they need a minimum of 65 percent in a specific course.

B.com provides you with full detailed subjects like accounts economics business studies all those subjects that you studied in 12th class. If you want good job after that you should opt for m.com or do MBA . you can also opt for some professional course in the field of commerce like CFP( certified financial planner )
