Hope you are doing good. It is absolutely fine to select computer Science even if you don't have computer in your 12th. But just make sure you get habituated with using computer. Hi Vaishali, with those grades you should also try applying to a top university like University of Waterloo, Simon Fraser University, Ryerson University , McMaster University, Dalhousie University etc .Columbia College is a popular college but give a shot at some of the top ones too.

BIT, Jaipur is an extension center of BIT Mesra which is the main campus. As we know it's a private institution on another hand Gurukul Kangri is government institute. Both are really good but placement for CSE in BIT is really good.

If you mind with placements only then it's pretty good and obviously one of the best in Rajasthan. MNIT's curriculum is decent enough to make you capable to industries. But being an MNITian I feel that there is a lack of coding environment in our campus. For CSE students, having rank on Code Chef, etc. matters and you'll not find much MNITian there. So choose wisely, either you want to pursue CSE course and get a job or you wish to be a coder.

According to me, JECRC then Poornima, then Arya but I will suggest not to go in this college if you are eligible for LNMIIT, MNIT, BITS PILANI you can see the placement record and faculty staff from their college website you get better idea about the college.

You can do computer engineering, electrical engineering or civil engineer. It is dependent upon you that in what field you are interested. If you are doing computer engineering after that you can do MCA and get a better job.

There are many good as well as bad colleges in Pune, please take admission wisely, and please don't take admission in siddhant college, they're are fraud, trust me there is 0 placement, I'm an ex student of that college, I had good academic score now I'm working in MNC, but I've earned this job on my own, siddhant college didn't help me to build my career, there is no on campus interviews for this college, most of the MNCs don't even know about this college, and trust me fees for engineering is something like Lacs per year, and you don't get what u paid for, many talented teachers have left this college because this college doesn't have en...
