You have to clear all your semester exams to become eligible for the M.Sc entrance exam, and you don't need Chemistry as a subject for M.Sc Botany .If you are a student of B.Sc Medical, then you are eligible. Hope this will help.

Board marks are nothing to do with VIT admission but you have to eligible for it atleast 60% in physics, chemistry, maths in intermediate.You have to give VITEEE exam to take admission in VIT.
