A B.Com degree should be a three years duration course. Academic transfer with university rules & regulations and completing entire three years (Inclusive of after-Break Period). But getting into one sitting degree by fake universities (non-listed in UGC website) is fake degree and not recognised for government. Or even private jobs. Be cautious of fake organisation.
