Admission to UG merit-based courses such as BA B.Sc and B.Com commences in the month of May every year. Candidates are shortlisted for admission on the basis of marks obtained in the qualifying 10+2 examination. Hence, there is no entrance exam for the above UG courses.

<p>WBJEE JELET exam pattern is released online. Exam will have two categories. Category I have 1 mark questions and Category II have 2 mark questions. There are 80 questions in Category I and 20 questions in Category II.</p>

There is a Cool-off time of 15 minutes in addition to the writing time. Use the 'Cool-off time' to get familiar with questions and to plan your answers. Read questions carefully before answering. Read the instructions carefully and you can analyze your entire question paper no matter which subject is it, and mentally set time for each sections.
