The company secretary course has a wide scope, but it is tough too. You should opt for CMA (US) course. The duration of CMA course is 8 months. Also, CMA has a vast scope and is recognised globally. After completing CMA, you can earn up to 40 thousand rupees if you get a job in a good firm.

Yes, you can pursue CWA course along with your full time job.
Just make sure sure that you spend enough time on your studies, as it would not be as easy as doing a degree course from college.

Yes, your marks and your attempt get counted everywhere you apply. If you are looking for a job in an MNC then you must have scored good marks and have less number of attempts. If you take many attempts then only it's on company's hand. They can give you the job if only they find some real quality compared to others.
Also, if you can explain why you needed those extra attempts, you still have a chance to shine in the Interview and get that coveted articleship.

It is good that you are pursuing CA. I think along with CA you don’t need to do anything else because the syllabus and study pattern of CA is really hard. Concentrate on that. If you have any financial problem then take up some part-time job.

Hello gagan, there are four subjects in CA foundation, 8 subjects in CA intermediate ( 4 each in two groups) and 8 subjects also in CA final. The Chartered Accountancy Course is divided into three levels I. e. CA Foundation, CA Intermediate and CA Final. The option Commerce + Hindi would be fine, when one is weak in computers. And, if you don't have interest in the same field. Also, this option can be highly scoring (provided you are not good in computers of course).
There are several options to choose after Commerce + Computer. If you are good in computers, (then it will increase your overall score also) and if you are interested in this field.
