M.Sc in chemistry is a better option. M.Sc in zoology is difficult to pursue than M.Sc in chemistry.

You can pursue M.Sc in chemistry or Maths only if you had chemistry or Maths as your subjects in your graduation, only then you can pursue M.Sc. In respective subjects otherwise you are not eligible for the same.

CS grads have minor advantage that they may be considered for System Programmer job in addition I to Application Programmer's job. But in long run, both CS and M.Sc IT graduates have similar scope. Job opportunities will depend on university reputation and previous placement records.
Both M.Sc CS and M.Sc IT are equally good options. There is minor difference between both courses. CS emphasis is on computation Science concepts and IT emphasis is on applications. CS graduates are preferred for systems programming and IT graduates are preferred for application programming.
