Yes, Delhi University conducts entrance exam for admission to Bachelors. There is 50% weightage on what you scored in your board exams and 50% weightage to your entrance test’s result. So combining the results of both, the cutoff is decided.

It is not at all necessary to continue your PG from the same university where you completed your graduation. You can surely go ahead for your M.Com from some other university. You will definitely have to provide migration certificate in the new university. As far as the entrance exam is concerned, you need to directly get in touch with the university authorities or visit the website of the university.
