It would be better for you to do M.Tech. You can also prepare for GATE exam as if you get a good rank, you can get good job opportunities. It is just my suggestion.
For your M.Sc Physics, you need to appear for PGCET.

As per the last years’ cutoff the least cutoff for any branch at any campus of BITS Pilani was 269 for BE in manufacturing at BITS Hyderabad so rather than missing out on engineering courses like chemical, manufacturing, civil at BITS Pilani campus due to not applying I will suggest you to apply and wait for the 1st iteration of BITS and then decide.

So, unless the candidate downloads the answer keys corresponding to the relevant booklets series, the keys will not match. And if that happens, the candidate will not be able to accurately calculate the probable scores.</p>
