Just ensure that while attempting your PSEB board exam that you have attempted all the question with a question number written in such a way that examiner can see it properly. And in order to get good marks, it is important to make an impression which can be made by attempting those questions first that you know well. Thus, if you know question no. 12, then instead of 1, 2, attempt those question that you remember properly. </p>

It depends on the university and many other things, I really don't know, I did not clear the entrance in first go. But well, I prepared for the following: General Psychology (complete); Social Psychology (attitude, social influence, social relations); Statistics and Research Methods (complete); Physiological Psychology (Intro, Neurons, Nervous System, Sleep); Developmental Psychology (Attachment, Developmental stages, language development, moral development); Abnormal Psychology (complete); ICD and DSM; Psychological Assessments; Psychotherapies; and meanwhile in my gap year I started working and learnt a lot from the seeing the patients.
BITS takes conducts the entrance test online for M.Tech. So, previous year papers are not available for practice, but you can take help from the samples papers available both offline and online for M.Tech entrance exam conducted by BITS. There are two papers, one includes English and maths second is your core branch paper.
So, you could practice from the above sources. Apart from it, if you are also preparing for GATE then the pattern is almost similar for respective branches which include both aptitude test type questions and core engineering questions.

Hi Bharath, GRE is not mandatory to study in Germany but you must take the IELTS. Some universities may also ask for German language proficiency. Please check university websites for university specific admission requirements, every university has different requirements.
