On the basis of your final year score, you can apply. You will need an IELTS score of 6.5 to be eligible but, also check university's websites for entry criteria. Different universities have different eligibility criteria. See here

For doing CA course, you just need to complete class 12th with 50% or more than 50%. The thing is that, you should clear CPT exam which is a basic exam for CA after 9 months of registration you can take CPT exam.

From studding CA, you won't get any benefit but by studying and completing CA you get certain benefit such as you will be preferred in corporate job role, you may start you own practice.
Salary depends on various factor specially your performance
if you are a rank holder up to 20, you get placement with average package of 14 lakhs in top notch organisations, big 4, merger and acquisition role etc.
If you are still a rank holder but above 20 you will get average package of around 10 lakhs.

Yes, you can apply as the highest salary package offered was 30 LPA, and it is offered to a student of CSE department. The lowest salary package for the students of mechanical, automobile, production departments was 4 LPA, and the highest salary package offered is 8.5 LPA. CA is the only course in India where ROI is highest. Financially, you invest less and get high returns on it. On an average you will spend around Rs.50000- Rs.60000 for your entire CA education and finally if you crack all exams, you get a high paid job in good companies with high pay package. I would recommend to do MBA in Finance later, to further increase your package.

You can pursue Ph.D. in Commerce once you complete your M.Com. You have to secure minimum of 55% marks in your M.Com in order to qualify for the Ph.D. course.
