If you are interested in state government college; you have to qualify entrance exam of state for M.Sc. People who don't want to study computer science engineering or software engineering, they will opt for B.Sc, M.Sc computer Science or BCA and MCA.
All are almost same except engineering is a little higher when compared to the latter. Means a person with an engineering degree can be placed in a good institution with a UG degree itself.

If you can clear NET you stand a chance in the college education line (you may have to do PhD then). You can do B.Ed. for getting jobs at school education level.
