From my side, It is a yes.Candidate who is preparing for CAT exam are prepared for bank exams also but the reverse is not true.
The bulk of the syllabus for banking and CAT exams consists of:
- Quantitative Aptitude- Logical Reasoning- Data Interpretation- Verbal Reasoning- Critical Reasoning- Verbal Aptitude- Reading Comprehension

The medium of exam will be English only.
HIHT PMEE will have one paper.
Questions are asked from 10+2 syllabus.

It is solely dependent on the person who opting for the course if We talk about marrow, marrow provides more detailed course preparation. However, DAMS provides more concise lectures for NEET PG preparation as compared to above-mentioned. In terms of notes, Marrow provides printed and detailed notes however, dams have culture of handwritten notes.

In JEE Advanced you need to be more accurate but in BITSAT your focus should be on speed. JEE Mains and BITSAT have almost same pattern. So we can say that JEE Mains prep is enough for BITSAT.
