For admission in Biotechnology, you need not to prepare Maths and physics for the same as for admission in any post graduation degree you need to prepare only the subject for which you are seeking admission. Some universities may have MAT section as well, you can prepare for that but no need to prepare Maths and physics.

CS is having a good mix of all computer related subjects. IT is considered to have more software related subjects. My suggestion would be to go for M.Sc. In CS as you have already done B.Sc in CS. Even, if you do M.Sc IT, it doesn't makes much difference. Also, I would recommend you to think of MCA. You also have an option to work in an IT company and pursue certifications side by side.
