Admission to colleges in Madhya Pradesh under the EWS (Economically Weaker Section) category is based on various factors, including NEET marks, availability of seats, competition, and the specific cutoff scores set by the participating colleges. With a NEET score of 302, it may be challenging to secure admission to a government or private medical college in Madhya Pradesh, especially under the EWS category. The cutoff scores can vary each year depending on the factors mentioned earlier. To determine your chances of admission, I recommend checking the previous years' cutoff scores for Madhya Pradesh government and private medical colleges u... View more

No, you cannot get a medical seat even if you belong to the SC category since you have very low marks in the NEET UG 2023. The cut-off for the SC category in the general merit list is around 500 marks for the year 2023. It is advised to appear for re-examination so that you can try to improve your score. You can try applying for admission to the state quota. The state quota is usually less competitive than the general merit list.

The National Testing Agency (NTA) will be created to take over the reign of the entrance exams in India that are being conducted by the CBSE (Central Board of Secondary Education) at present. It is believed that with NTA at the helm, the medical entrance exam will become highly reliable and standardized, and it will be possible to conduct fair assessment tests for all candidates interested in taking admission to the MBBS and BDS courses in India.

Based on your NEET PG rank of 80816 in the general category, your chances of getting admission to a government medical college for MD/MS courses are slim. However, you may still have the opportunity to secure admission to a private medical college. The availability of seats and cut-off for different specialities vary from college to college. Hence, it's difficult to predict the exact speciality or college you may get. However, you can still explore some of the options based on the previous year's cut-off. To get a better idea, you can refer to the previous year's cut-off for different colleges and specialities, which is available online. A... View more
