<p>Yes. NEET PG cut off depends on difficulty level of question paper in NEET PG exam. In addition, cut off also depends on number of candidates appearing for the exam and availablity of seats. If difficulty level will be more, then cut off will be low and so on. NBE releases cut off score with NEET PG result.&nbsp;</p>

<p>This NEET score of 450 marks may not even make it possible to take admission in BJ Medical College. The cutoff for general categories was around 704 marks for the MBBS programme at BJMC during the year 2024 while, in contrast, for SC students it has come out to be around 600 marks and 500 marks for ST students. Your marks are never going to be sufficient enough to get you a seat here. It would be advisable to explore some other colleges or look out for options in lower categories or states where cutoffs may more amenable.</p><p>&nbsp;</p>
