No country or university will re-imburse tuition fee. You have to pay the fee and they are not going to re-imburse. It is not a company flight ticket or insurance policy that you will get back the money. Scholarships can be availed if you are highly meritorious. You can avail education loan from banks to study abroad. Of course, you must repay the amount within a specific period, 15 to 20 years after you graduate.

If you want to invest approx 7-8 years in research, you may opt for Microbiology. Otherwise, you can consider Psychology because it's a very interesting area and due to raise of depression cases there will be huge demand of qualified and dedicated psychologist.
