Yes, you can apply for both UGC NET and CSIR NET exam. As your post graduation subject Geoinformatics is related to the Geography and Earth Science, so you can appear for UGC NET with Geography subject and CSIR NET Earth Science exam. To apply for the exams you have to fulfill the eligibility criteria. You should have minimum 55% aggregate marks in M.Sc. If you want to appear for JRF exam then you have to also follow age criteria I. e. For CSIR NET - 28 years (Maximum Age)
For UGC NET 30 Years (Maximum Age)

First of all, salute to your courage that you cleared your B.Tech till lasts, as there are many more who left it incomplete within 2 or 3 years. You are eligible to MS if you have B.Tech degree but for scholarship it depends on your grades and college of Masters, you are going to join.

There are lots of job opportunities in space research field, aeronautical companies, space research laboratories.
Especially in India, DRDO and ISRO have excellent job opportunities for M.Sc Astronomy and Space Physics post graduate students.

In order to fulfill SVUCET 2018 eligibility criteria for Science course admissions, candidates must pass their qualifying exam with at least of 40% marks in the concerned subject. However, an exception is for candidates applying for M.Sc. Tech in Hydrogeology course. Such candidates should score minimum 50% marks in M.Sc. Informs the official website. The minimum eligibility criterion for a student to take admission in B.Sc Zoology is that the candidate must have studied Physics, Chemistry, and Biology in class 12th and should have attained a minimum of 50% aggregate in 10+2 examinations. If you fulfill this eligibility, you can apply for M.Sc in zoology. Also, there is no eligibility percentage for Distance/Correspondence mode of education.

Yes, you are. Criteria- you should to be graduate from a recognised college with a minimum cutoff percentage stated by respective college or university and preferably in Science stream. However, it was better if you would have specified the college you needed.

The eligibility criteria for admission in M.Sc in chemistry is 45% marks in B.Sc.chemistry Honours and pass marks in Mathematics as a subsidiary subject. Other formalities as decided by the University for admission required to be observed. So it is clear from Eligibility criteria of admission in M.Sc. in Chemistry that after B.Tech in CS you can't do directly M.Sc. in Chemistry.
