The difference between both these courses is paper thin. If you did M.Sc. In food Science technology then you will get the work which is research oriented. On the contrary, if you did M.Sc. In food tech and quality assurance then (as its name suggest) you will get job which has supervisor type role. Your work will be checking the quality of food devolved in India.
Hi Arti, All of these are niche courses, the choice depends totally on your interests, aptitude, attitude, hobbies, and aspirations. Every field asked in the question has its own scope, value, pros, and cons. Biochemistry will lead to research in the biochemistry industry, pharmaceutical, medical laboratories, etc. Chemistry will help you to get a job in chemical, pharmaceutical, goods processing, dairy, forensic, etc. So you can choose as you wish.
