Oh yes! Infact, a big yes! Many (when I say many I mean around 25 to 30)people in my college have done that. You can change your college and pursue some other stream from that college, but you'll have to start from the beginning, that is right from first year again. But if you wish to continue your stream, which is B.Sc. Here you'll have to consult the new college, as if it is much better than your previous college, I don't think they'll consider your first year. MBA/MMS is offered by 'Universities' or 'Colleges that are affiliated to Universities' or Central Body directly under the Indian Govt while PGDM/PGP is offered by individual colleges and IIM's.
Fees is high in case of PGDM/PGP as compared to MMS/MBA.
