Oh yes! Infact, a big yes! Many (when I say many I mean around 25 to 30)people in my college have done that. You can change your college and pursue some other stream from that college, but you'll have to start from the beginning, that is right from first year again. But if you wish to continue your stream, which is B.Sc.
