Most universities require your passing degree or provisional certificate to gain admission in M.Sc. which means that you have to clear all backlogs before you can qualify for admission in M.Sc. However, under special circumstances a few universities do grant admission into their M.Sc course provided all backlogs are cleared on time.

Placements: I have seen Amazon, Indian Navy, Accenture and Capgemini on the campus after joining the college this year. Campus placements are good, you won't be left without a job and many other Japanese companies are expected to visit the college for campus placements by the end of the year. The mode of admission into M.Sc. Data Science is you have to clear your UG from any recognised university and then you have to attend for entrance exams like IIT JAM ITM NEST IPU CET with a minimum 50 percentage and then based on the merit and Personal Interview you'll get admission into college.
