Yes, you can pursue M.Sc Physics after completing B.Tech. I have known a few cases like that. In fact, a person who has scored very well and can clear the NET JEST or exams alike can even directly pursue Ph.D. To pursue M.Sc-Physics, you need only a graduation degree in relevant subject.

Well, that depends on the University and the course that you are pursuing. Different universities have different cut-offs. What you have to do is fix a course. Once that is done, check which University offers that course. The details can be obtained by Googling and the information regarding the cutoffs will be obtained in the respective websites of the universities.
All the best.

Yes, having a bachelor's degree in BSc Fashion Design is not mandatory to get admission to MSc in Fashion Design. You just need to have a relevant bachelor's degree from a recognised university. However, a BSc in Fashion Design would have been the best choice as a base education for your MSc Fashion Design studies.

There are many scholarships available for studying in Germany. For studying in Germany, you have to prove your proficiency in German language. For that, you have to take 1)TestDaFor 2)DSH which are German proficiency tests. You can also take TOEFL/IELTS exam but for that, you will have to check your university requirements.

I think you should not go for distance education as it is your Master's degree, so you should pursue a regular course instead of a distance degree course.

Hi Mohammad Sharaash,
Yes, it is possible though it is going to be difficult. You must also take the IELTS and score 6.5 overall with a minimum of 6 band in each section. These cut-offs, however, vary from university to university. Your statement of purpose, recommendation letters, projects, internship, etc., will also be evaluated and admissions will be based on how good your application package is.
