Since NEET is primarily required for MBBS, BDS, and related medical degrees, most universities do not need it for students pursuing a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Anesthesia or comparable disciplines. However, the NEET cutoff fluctuates annually depending on category, state, and competition if your goal is to specialize in anesthesia through an MBBS route. A score above 550–600 is usually competitive for government colleges for candidates in the general category. The cutoff may be lower, between 400 and 550, for reserved categories.
NEET mock test should be taken after the basic preparation is over and the entire syllabus has been covered. Taking mock tests after NEET 2026 preparation will help students gauge their preparation level and also guide them on which sections or topics need extra emphasis. There is another pattern of taking mock tests, after completing each subject or chapter. This would help students understand their hold on each subject or section. Generally, students start taking full-fledged NEET mock tests or NEET prep questions around three to four months before the exam, once the complete preparation is over.

Hello admit,
Of course, you will get admission in a good college. Again, it depends on which branch you want to take admission in. As you must be already knowing that with your score it is difficult to get a MBBS seat. So, you have to be more specific in your question regarding the field you want to do graduation in.
