The Common Management Admission Test (CMAT) scores are accepted by Orissa University of Agriculture and Technology (OUAT) for admission to its MBA program. But the search results also show that candidates' academic standing is taken into consideration when choosing them for the OUAT MBA program. Therefore, for admission to the MBA programme at OUAT, the focus is on the candidates' academic performance, even though CMAT scores are accepted.

There's nothing known as a "better stream". All streams are best in their ways and cannot be compared. Although, if you to compare engineering with medicine, they both have pros and cons and MBBS is a slow career while engineering will be dynamic. You can ask more about it to someone close to you who can analyse your need and the stream's requirement.
