It is very poor.
I have lived in the hostel for one year two years back.
Half of the times, something or the other was not working like the water filter or washing machine, etc.
The food was not good.
The boys hostel was even worse.
A few of my friends complained that in boys hostel, they don't even have a washing machine.
Even though, during admission, they were told they will have washing machine, fridge, TV, etc.

There isn't very complex procedure for admission in M.Sc. Chemistry. Most universities conduct examinations and some take admissions based on the merit.
Hello Saini,
There are some universities that conduct a common entrance test for admission into different PG courses. On the other hand there are universities which do not. Now it depends where you did your graduation and where you want to do your PG. I suggest you approach administrative staff of your college for finding this out. Best wishes.

For an M.Sc. program, a transfer certificate (TC) is typically valid for an unlimited period of time. It is necessary for further education or for transferring to another institution as documentation of your enrolment and academic record at that specific institution. A transfer certificate has no set expiration date, however different institutions may have different requirements on how recent the certificate must be to be used for particular administrative procedures. It is best to enquire about any validity issues or additional requirements directly from the relevant institution.

An AIR of 1410 in IIT JAM Mathematics does not get you through premier IITs such as Bomb, Kanpur, Madras, and Delhi because they have a very low closing rank. However, it gives a good opportunity for newer IITs like IIT Indore, IIT Hyderabad, IIT Gandhinagar, and maybe even IIT Bhilai or IIT Palakkad, which tend to have higher cutoffs but increased opportunities in research in Pure Mathematics. If you want to pursue a research-oriented career in the strong research area, then explore IISERs, CMI, or TIFR as an option along with considering the above ones for further studies or a Ph.D. in mathematics.
