No, you can not pursue M.Sc nursing after completing B.Sc zoology (Hons.). Please refer to the eligibility criteria below:

Engineering will be helpful than M.Sc. You will find a lot of opportunities and practical experience in B.Tech rather than M.Sc but B.Tech is not a good option, you should go for M.Sc first then direct M.Tech in chemical engineering as M.Tech requires Master's degree or 4-year engineering programme. As minimum criterion of eligibility, aspiring candidates are needed to have attained a Bachelor's degree in any of physics, bio-informatics/ biology (10+2 with mathematics)/ chemistry/ biotechnology/ biochemistry/ B.Tech. So, you can do M.Sc in biology.

Apart from M.Sc, certification courses can also be one option for the B.Sc Chemistry graduates e.g. Post-Graduate Diploma in Analytical Chemistry (PGDAC). After B.Sc Chemistry, you can search for jobs in chemical industries, pharmaceutical companies, industrial units, etc. However, I would suggest that you should pursue M.sc in Chemistry.

No, biology is not compulsory for getting admission in integrated B.Sc Plus M.Sc course in chemistry. You need to study chemistry mainly in this course. Don't get confused. Best of luck.

That depends on the university you are applying to. Few universities have minimum 60% as the cut-off while others have 50% as the cut-off. For eg: DU has 60% as the cut-off, whereas, Manipal has the 50% as the cut-off.

No, it's not. The subject in which admission is sought must be an Honours subject. In B.Sc (Hons) a subject is studied in all the three years at graduate level.
