MSW is a two year postgraduate programme. The admission process starts with the registration of the applicants. Aspiring students should have passed a Bachelor of Social Work Degree from a recognised University. Candidates who have Bachelor's degree in Humanities/ Social Sciences/ Science/ Commerce/ Management subjects are also eligible. Some of the common entrance exam for MSW courses are TISSNET BHU PET CUET-PG etc.

<p>In order to get admission to BTech at Ramaiah University, students need to fulfil minimum eligibility criteria, i.e., to pass Class 12 with 45% with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory courses along with Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biology, Electronics or Computer science. Students who belong to reserved category are required to get 40% aggregate in the same. The eligibility criteria for BTech (Lateral Entry) is also the same.</p>
