If only you had given more details viz your intended university, place from where you did graduation etc. I would have been able to advise better. But, still I will try. Normally speaking admission process begins for the next academic session in the month of September of previous year. Like seeking application forms for entrance exam for PG courses has been kicked off by many universities in this month for the session 2019-2020.
