It is not amongst the most preferred colleges. since jobs are applied off campus and Canadian citizen are given better preferences. You need to apply to premier institutions and if possible go to Usa where there are abundant jobs.

Applicants for MS in Construction Management must normally hold a bachelor's degree in a construction and related field. If you have a different background you may then be required to have work experience in construction and related areas. You can opt for MS in business analytics, management information systems and supply chain management.
MS is equivalent to MBA from a top-notch B-School of India with a hefty fee-structure for approx. 20 lakhs. Approximately same is the fees for MS from a good university of US like University of Connecticut, Waterloo or Orlando. To get admission in foreign university you need to crack GRE and clear TOFEL (language proficiency test). As the general conception score above 320 in GRE will lead you in a better position to apply for good universities.

That totally depends on your interest. If your interest is in business world then do MBA. You will surely find it easy or If you like science and technology then do MS. There is nothing easy and nothing difficult, that totally depends on the individual’s passion.
