If you are a graduate than you need to clear GMAT, GRE or TOFEL, IELTS, SAT.
GMAT score is used by more than 2,100 schools and 5,900 programs worldwide. US universities do accept GRE and GMAT scores.
IELTS is intended for those who want to enroll in universities and other institutions of higher education and for professionals such as medical doctors and nurses who want to study or practise in an English-speaking country.

MIT, Georgia Tech, Cal Tech, University of California-Berkley, Cornell are some of top universities in USA. Which area of studies are you referring to?
Subject wise, certain universities are better ranked than the others. You may refer to ranking charts such as Times Higher Education Ranking, QS Ranking etc for more university standing.
An advice, since your GRE score is a little lower than the recommended score of 315, you must work hard on your application material such as the personal statement. Other factors affecting admissions include letters of recommendation and extra curricular activities. Remember, extra curricular is e... View more

Every university has its own criteria for scholarship, but it mainly depends on 4 important points:
1) Academic score
2) GRE score
3) TOEFL score E
4) Extra-curricular activities
First 3 are most important, so try to maintain your score over 7.5 CGPA, score above 310 in GRE and score over 100 in TOEFL
All the best.

Hello Raj,
It's definitely a critical and important decision. I would advise you to think of doing MBA from reputed institution. You can even think of doing executive MBA from one of the IIM's. I would not advise you to do PG in engineering since after a gap of almost 8 years it would be tough. On the other hand, in MBA your experience in sales would come in very handy.

Management & IT Consultant,

There is no coaching required to do MS in Germany. You must concentrate on your studies and try to obtain excellent grading in your current engineering degree. You must try to build your personality and technical skills beyond your degree syllabus by joining an Technical group or Community of Practice. Learning German language will come very handy for education in Germany.
