Happy to help !!!,

Both the branches are good in their field.
Now, you have to decide in which subject you have interest and go with your interested side i.e., either mechanical or EEE.
But I must choose EEE because of very high scope in future.

When you study abroad, all Masters are specialised programme not as general computer science. Normally Masters in computer Science is a conversion programme for non-computer UG people to come to IT field. Hence, first, you decide what you are going to study and then look for universities. RMIT is one if the top universities. See the website and see the courses offered. Also, be aware of the cost. It will cost you 30 to 40 Lacs in Australia. You can do one year master in UK for just less than 29 Lacs.

Many new engineering colleges are coming up in India and because of this; the job opportunities for teachers are on the rise too. As there are numerous specializations available in B.Tech, it will be easy for a B.Tech graduate to get jobs as lecturers or guest lecturers with private colleges. More job opportunities will be available for students if they finish their M.Tech degree. This is because the majority of colleges today opt for those students who have M.Tech degrees or are pursuing their Masters in Technology degree. This, I believe has lead to confusion for you regarding the subject. The answer to your questions is pretty simple. Management & IT Consultant,

There is no difference between MS and M.Eng. There is only nomenclature difference between both the degrees. Syllabus of both the degrees is similar. American Universities award MS which is equivalent to M.Tech in India. Few international universities award M.Eng. Acceptance of all the post graduate degrees in engineering such as M.Eng, MS, M.Tech and M.Sc in engineering, etc., is same in the job market and for higher studies in India and foreign universities.

Hi Sonia, Clearly, it depends on what kind of job you wish to do after studying. Please ask yourself whether you want a research oriented work, do you want to work in embedded systems, do you like telecommunications, do you want to shift your career and do management and so on. There is no particular stream which is good or bad but depends on your own interest. Please make a career goal and figure out what to do and decide accordingly. You can also get a job and work for 1-2 years while exploring your interests.
